can SaberCycle offer SaberCycle started business procuring merchandise from notable distributors of GoldWing parts and accessories. As our customer demand justified investing in large quantities of certain items, we made factory-direct purchases - from the same factories employed by some of the major distributors. Our stock comes from the very same production runs as the major distributors without the added expense of brand-name packaging. This ensured stable on-hand supplies for our customers with more than ample on-hand supplies at competitive values. The result of our efforts has been the same market quality and swift delivery of what we catalog and offer. Over the years,we acquired much of the discontinued GoldWing stock from manufacturers, such as Markland and MC Enterprises. Much of this stock is still in our current inventory but has been repackaged in plain vanilla wrap, such as the Markland 1984 GL1200 Handlebar Clamp Covers, only because the original packaging became scruffy over the years. Unlike most distributors who tend to cater to the late model trade, we have maintained the reproduction of parts and accessories of early models that were discontinued by Honda and major distributors long ago. Many of these items were manufactured for us using the very same tool and dies as the originals. In some cases, the continuation of an item requires a considerable investment in tooling costs, in addition to the usual commitment to large quantities. Interested customers can be placed on a a waiting list that we will contact whenever we get these obscure items back into the market place. We are always open to bringing back more of the desired accessories of yesteryear that have been lost in the mists of time but unless the riding public can assist with workable samples - even if damaged - prototyping is virtually impossible to carry out. Our program of spare parts procurement is consistently expanding, especially the items that Honda has chosen to permanently discontinue and that are critically needed for vehicle operation. We do seek out makers who can provide us with the best of engineering talent, backed up with ISO9001/2 and QS certification ratings, as well as the prestigious TUV certification wherever possible. Our unique procurement philosophy is not typical of the trade but should indicate to you the consumer that SaberCycle is, in fact, dedicated to values for ALL owners of the GoldWing. Were it not for us, many GoldWing owners would not be able to keep their bikes on the road and many more beautiful accessories would be totally lost to obscurity. This, in a sense, is our mission statement or commitment to values, and our sincere belief in what we believe is the best and most reliable motor vehicle ever built - the GoldWing - deserving to remain on the road and available to be enjoyed for as long as is possible!!
