A fellow from WI ordered a windshield with vent hole for $120.00 recently, noting that a competitor had one on special for $89.00. "Even if it was the one I wanted," he said, "it would only come from you." He had tired long ago of "bait" prices with no delivery and made it clear he always got delivery from us so price was of no consequence!!

"Dear Saber Cycle:... once again your fast service saved me a lot of money while my 1983 GL1100 was in the repair shop. The repair shop's supplier could not supply the air cutoff valves to complete a carb overhaul. The repair shop took it upon themselves to attempt getting them from American Honda. (I did not authorize this order) American Honda's price? $120.00 each!. And my bike required four of them! I told the shop , forget American Honda!.. I'll get them myself. I remembered the fast service that Saber Cycle has and placed a order for the cutoff valves... I ordered before 3:00pm last Thursday. They arrived at my local post office at 8:30am on Saturday, and were delivered to the repair shop at 10:00am Saturday!.. The repair shop owner was floored, as to how I got them so quickly when he could not even find a set from his supplier!.. He was humble and speechless, whenever told that my cost was just $16.00 each!... American Honda "O.".. Saber Cycle "100" ..... I always win with Saber Cycle!.. P.S. the shop has had my bike since April 20th.. still not done.... that won' happen again. I will get the parts myself from Saber Cycle of course!..Robert"

"I would like to thank you folks for your efficiency. Order on Sat. and delivery on Mon. Awesome. With the order came info on air cut-off valves. I get the impression you have been riding my bike. I always just considered it a cold natured SOB. While I don't have the back firing, I do have the hesitation and some white smoke on starting. I also have recently had a dripping of coolant from one of the bolts that hold the exhaust pipe to the head with a need to top off the coolant regularly. I tried snugging up the bolt but it was tight and seems to seal up when the engine warms up. Would this be a natural progression of the head gaskets cooking and no longer doing it's job or an unrelated problem? I plan to order the air cut-off valve from you in a little bit but I want to check and see what else I might be needing first. The info articles you sent with my order was really great. Most of the shops around here have no interest in a 75 goldwing, most of their staff weren't even born when it was made. One place even told me they didn't want to work on my bike because it would take up shop space when they can cycle newer bikes through faster. They did say they might work on it during the dead of winter when the shop had no newer bike to work on. Thanks, but no thanks. Thanks again for the quick turn around and the info. Dave"
